Song links and audio

The server receives the Audiomack link you submit to find a supported song and relay its audio to your browser. Your browser then encodes the MP3 on your device. The generated download is temporary and is cleared when you close or reload the tab.

We do not provide an account, server-stored download library or personal conversion history. Hosting infrastructure may process standard request information such as IP addresses, timestamps and error logs to operate and protect the service. Audiomack supplies track metadata, audio and artwork.

Payments

Optional paid passes use Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe collects payment and contact information needed to process the payment, and the site operator can see transaction information in Stripe. This website does not collect card numbers. See Stripe’s privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

The converter uses an essential, HttpOnly cookie to remember your download allowance and paid pass for up to 400 days. We store a hash of the recovery code, daily track identifiers, temporary download tickets and payment references. Daily track records are removed after two days as new conversions occur; download tickets expire after 10 minutes. Pass and refund records are retained to provide access and handle payment support. Clearing cookies removes access on that device until you restore your pass with its recovery code. The converter does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting, Audiomack and Stripe may process data under their own policies when their services are used.

Contact form

When you submit our contact form, FormSubmit processes your name, email address, topic and message and forwards them to our support inbox. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. We use the message to respond to your request. Please avoid sending sensitive information. You can request deletion through the contact form. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy.

Your controls

You can use the converter without paying or registering. For privacy or payment data questions, use our contact form. Do not send card details.
